Shoe Carnival, Inc. has announced two executive promotions and one executive retirement.

Ed Hensel will be retiring from Shoe Carnival after 12 years of exemplary service, where he held the position of vice president of distribution.

Tom Welden has been promoted to vice president of distribution, from his former position as manager of Shoe Carnival's distribution center. Tom has a wealth of Shoe Carnival experience, having worked in various positions in support of the Distribution Center since 1979.

Kathy Yearwood has been promoted to vice president – controller. Kathy has been with Shoe Carnival since 2002, serving as controller. Prior to joining Shoe Carnival, she worked at Brill Media Company.
