True Spec Golf has relocated its club-fitting service from Cartersville, GA, to Governors Towne Club in Acworth, GA.

The new location will use Foresight GCQuad technology, featuring True Spec’s brand-agnostic fitting matrix of over 70,000 clubhead and shaft combinations from all major equipment manufacturers. Each club is custom-built at True Spec Golf’s Scottsdale, AZ headquarters.

“Over the past three years, hundreds of golfers in the North Georgia area have taken advantage of our Tour-level fittings and have raised their game as a result,” said Scott Anderson, president of True Spec Golf. “We’re happy to now continue to provide the highest level of service in the industry at our new home at Governors Towne Club.”

Governors Towne Club, which was recently acquired by Evergreen Partners, is a private gated development with nearly 300 custom-built estate homes and an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Curtis Strange. In addition to the 84,000-square-foot campus, members and residents also have access to an aquatics center, eight lighted tennis courts and a full-service spa and fitness center.

“We pride ourselves on offering relentless hospitality and one of Georgia’s most memorable golf experiences,” said Chandler Graham, director of Membership at Governors Towne Club. “Having True Spec’s master fitters on site now is another great way for us to elevate our services for every one of our members and their guests.”

True Spec Golf operates 44 club-fitting service sites worldwide.
