TRI Brands Inc., the exclusive distributors of Ronhill Apparel & Hilly Socks, announced the acquisition of Jog-A-Lite Reflective, the reflective vest and hi visibility accessory brand.
Terms were not disclosed.
F Chris Nelson, president of TRI Brands, led the buyout of Jog-A-Lite, which will continue to be Made in the USA as it has been since the 1970's. Distribution for run and bicycle specialty will be out of TBI's Warren, RI warehouse while its military distribution will remain in its current NH building.
