Phoenix Footwear Group, Inc. appointed Krista Treide as President of its recently acquired Tommy Bahama Footwear division. Ms. Treide joined the Company this week.

As an industry veteran, Ms. Treide joins Phoenix Footwear with over 15 years of experience in the footwear industry. In her most recent position as Vice President at Global Brand Marketing, Inc. (GBMI), Ms. Treide's focus was on design, operations and brand strategies for eight leading brands, including Nautica, Diesel, XOXO and Seven. While at GBMI, she received six awards for design leadership in the Diesel brand.

Prior to joining GBMI, Ms. Treide held various positions in brand management, merchandising and sales with major footwear companies, Nike, Inc. and Reebok International. Under her leadership, Nike's lifestyle business unit, Fusion, grew close to 400% in just two years.
