The Timberland Company entered into a licensing agreement with Parigi Group. Beginning with the Fall 2011 line, Parigi Group will design, source and market Timberland branded kids apparel in the United States and its territories. The initial term of the licensing agreement runs through 2014. Timberland will continue to design, source and market Timberland kids apparel for its European, Asia and Canadian operations through Children Worldwide Fashion, S.A.S.

Under this relationship, Parigi Group will design and distribute boys, girls, and infants apparel and related accessories that complement Timberland’s footwear offerings, remaining true to Timberland’s New England heritage and reputation as an authentic outdoor brand. The collection will be distributed at major department stores and specialty stores throughout the United States and its territories.
