The Graphic Edge, a screen printing and embroidery company based in Carroll, Iowa, has purchased Keith’s II Sports of Rutland, VT from Dan and Judy Keith. The acquisition will bring together two leaders in the screen printing industry for the benefit of their customers and the communities they serve. The Graphic Edge will continue to operate Keith’s II at its current location in the former armory on West Street in Rutland.

“I have known and admired John Reglein, the owner of the Graphic Edge, for years,” said Dan Keith, president of Keiths II. “The Graphic Edge is known for producing high quality merchandise and being on the cutting edge of technical developments in the field,” Mr. Keith continued. “They also have an established online presence that will allow the business in Rutland to maintain a competitive edge. Judy and I have enjoyed growing this business, but to remain competitive, it made sense to join Keith’s II with a company like The Graphic Edge, with their vast resources and internet expertise.”

“The Graphic Edge is a family business that produces high quality, fairly priced, screen printed and embroidery merchandise,” said owner John Reglein. “We are committed to community and that is one of the many things that interested us in Keith’s II. Dan and Judy Keith have built a business with similar values to ours and this acquisition is a perfect fit for our expansion.”

Established in 1989, The Graphic Edge has grown from a company that began with one full time and two part time employees in a small shop, to a company that employs over 250  employees. The Graphic Edge is an established market leader in the custom screen printing and embroidery industry, providing millions of customized garments to thousands of teams, schools, organizations, businesses and individuals.
