The Bar Method, a barre-based fitness company, will celebrate its 15th anniversary with promotions, a new Express Class and a #WhyDoYouBar campaign. Established in 2001, The Bar Method offers workouts that strengthen and tone all major muscle groups with low impact, isometric exercises, followed by periods of stretching to elongate, strengthen and align the body. Today, there are 95 franchise locations across the United States and Canada.

The Bar Method’s 15th anniversary celebration will include discounted memberships and retail, new branded merchandise and in-studio parties. The Bar Method will also offer online promotions and introduce their Express Class, a 45-minute offering designed to fit at the end of a busy day.
