Tersus Solutions, specializing in resale operations and CO₂ cleaning technology for textiles, apparel and protective gear, has added five new hires bringing a diverse range of expertise to accelerate the company’s growth and deepen its impact across its core markets.

The new hires include Matt Nelsen, chief operating officer; Abigail Manwiller, partnerships manager; Kevin Pulliam, senior human resources generalist; Rebecca Day, Re-Commerce and Down sales and marketing lead; and Kindra Foley, Fire and PPE sales and marketing director.

COO Matt Nelsen will oversee operations, technology deployment and cross-functional efficiency. With a background in scaling mission-driven companies, Nelsen brings strategic insight and operational discipline to optimize processes, expand production capacity and ensure delivery of services to global partners.

Abigail Manwiller joins as partnerships manager, where she will cultivate and manage relationships with brand partners. With a proven record in partnership strategy and a passion for sustainability, Manwiller will play a key role in advancing collaborative projects that expand the company’s reach and impact in recommerce and textile circularity.

Kevin Pulliam, the company’s new senior HR generalist, reportedly brings extensive experience in organizational development, talent management and employee engagement. He will ensure that the company’s growth is supported by a strong and dynamic workplace, attracting and retaining top talent.

Rebecca Day, the new re-commerce and down sales and marketing lead, joins Tersus with over a decade of experience in driving brand growth and building market presence in the outdoor and apparel industries. Recognized for her approach to marketing and brand development, Day will lead strategies to expand the reach of the company’s circular economy solutions for textile-based brands, focusing on down processing and recommerce partner programs.

Kindra Foley, Fire and PPE sales and marketing director, is reportedly well-versed in business development and customer engagement within the fire services and safety sectors. Foley will lead initiatives to connect fire departments, PPE manufacturers and independent service providers with the brand’s CO₂ cleaning technology.
