Team Athletic Goods has created a new management team. TAG, along with TAG Team Uniforms, will merge the strengths of their executive staffs and explore new opportunities and increased profits for the TAG Dealer network. Furthermore, the blending of personnel will provide a more structured and comprehensive executive team.

Stan Morrison, a long time industry veteran and current President of TAG Team Uniforms will become Chief
Executive Officer of the TAG group. Previously, Morrison served as Executive Vice President of Sales and
Marketing of Rawlings Sporting Goods, as well as, held executive positions with both Legends Athletic and
Swingster Athletic.

Phil Steele, appointed as the Chief Operation Officer of TAG this past January, will continue in this position as well as assume the duties of Vice President of Sales for the new team. Joining Morrison and Steele will be Elizabeth Daus, the current Vice President of Marketing and Sales at TAG Team Uniforms. She brings over 15 years of sporting goods experience to the group and will head up the marketing efforts for both organizations.

The blending of other management positions will continue to follow throughout the coming year. Trevor Swangard,
