Sweet Protection, a Norwegian designer of helmets and apparel for whitewater, snowsports, and mountain biking, will begin distributing in North America from a new headquarters scheduled to open in Broomfield, CO in October.

Sweet Protection will add a customer service department to assist with all North American orders, shipping questions, and product information. All distribution to the US and Canada to go through their partner NRI Distribution, who will handle warehousing and shipping.

“We are excited to open our new Colorado headquarters this fall and really begin to grow our North American presence,” said Henrik Lumholdt, General Manager for Sweet Protection. “Supporting our retailers is our first priority and with NRI’s solid reputation and experience in the snow sports world, we are confident they will make a perfect partner.”
NRI distribution has warehousing facilities in Los Angeles and Vancouver, helping them to easily distribute to the US and Canadian markets.

Based in the small village of Trysil, in the midst of the Norwegian mountains and forest wilderness, Sweet Protection have developed helmets, protection equipment, and technical clothing since 2000. The company was founded by a group of friends with passion for skiing and snowboarding in the winter and whitewater kayaking and mountain biking in the summer.
