Surf Technicians, LLC, the maker of surf and stand-up paddle boards, said Brian Eiseman has joined the team as product development manager.

Prior to joining Surftech, Eiseman worked at Easton Bell Sports as a Research and Development Specialist, overseeing the integration of new products with sales strategy, quality assurance and supply chain. Responsible for formulating and establishing product design and performance objectives he launched the Giro Edition and Bell Vortex helmets among other innovative products.

Managing technicians and laboratory organization, his accomplishments include working with broad product design and development teams and bringing category leading products to market on time and on budget. Before joining Easton Bell Sports, he was a Product Manager and Engineer at Cabrinha/Neil Pryde located in Kahului, Hawaii designing kitesurfing boards and equipment.

Eiseman grew up surfing Pleasure Point in Santa Cruz and is an avid surfer who brings decades of surfing experience to Surftech.

A graduate of Sacramento State University, Brian received his degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on composites. Proficient in 3D CAD design and analysis, manufacturing and prototyping, he has extensive experience working with Pro Engineer, Solidworks and 3D Printing which enables him to develop technically advanced products for future release at the R&D facility at Surftech headquarters in Santa Cruz, CA.
