Sanuk, a division of Deckers Outdoor Corporation, welcomed professional surfer Malia Manuel to its star-studded squad of brand ambassadors and athletes.

Born and raised on the beautiful beaches of Kauai, Malia Manuel began surfing at the tender age of two and has been highly influenced by her Hawaiian heritage both in and out of the water.
2008 – 14 years old, Malia burst on to the competitive surfing scene, becoming the youngest ever female or male to win the US Open of Surfing.
2012 – Malia took home top honors as the ASP Women's Rookie of the Year.
2013 – Malia, now 20, is one of 17 women competing on the ASP Women's World Tour.
In addition to Sanuk, she currently rides for O'Neill, VonZipper, and Mayhem Surfboards and is recognized as one the sport's most progressive and stylish stars. Malia has her sights firmly set on winning the 2014 world title.
