Sunice, the Montreal-based maker of golf apparel and outerwear, announced the formation of a new Corporate Markets division for its Sunice U.S.A. affiliate.

The new Corporate Markets division at Sunice U.S.A., based in Champlain, New York, is designed to market the company’s unique, upscale brand of protective outerwear and knitwear to Fortune 500 companies in the United States through a select network of qualified promotional products distributors.

“This new Corporate Markets division gives us the perfect opportunity to get our upscale product into the hands of some of the largest, most-influential companies in the United States,” says Mark Fletcher, President of Sunice® and of the Montreal-based Fletcher Leisure Group Inc. (FLG), which distributes Sunice and other brands in Canada, where it is a leading supplier of branded golf apparel, outerwear and sportswear.

Sunice entered the U.S. market in the second half of 2009 as the newly formed Sunice U.S.A. Since that time, the company said both the ski and golf channels have retained sales and marketing personnel to further establish the brand in the large United States market.
