Sun & Ski Sports plans to open its 31st store in a former Modell’s location at Arundel Mills Mall in Hanover, MD.
The 30,000-square-foot location is expected to open in the fall or winter of 2021.
Sun & Ski has one other Maryland store in Gaithersburg.
Houston-based Sun & Ski supports a wide range of sports, including skiing, snowboarding, biking, running, outdoor, and swimming. It also offers a full-service ski, snowboard and bike shop, and skis and snowboard rentals.
