STM Bags hired Heather DeCusatis as senior account manager, making here responsible for internal sales and customer service for STM’s North American accounts. To reach STM’s sales and service goals she will work closely with the senior management team and external sales force.
“We are so pleased to have Heather join our team,” said STM’s North American general manager, Wayne Faulkner. “Heather brings great experience and a track record of success. As the company continues to grow we will leverage her deep understanding of sales, product and customer service.”
Most recently, DeCusatis was a buyer at Aztec Shops Ltd., at San Diego State University and previously held a buying position for Macy’s South. DeCusatis received a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina in Retail and Fashion.
