Stan’s Performance Products has appointed Stacey Wilhelm as VP of global sales, bringing over two decades of experience in the bike industry across sales leadership, brand experience and go-to-market strategy.

Wilhelm most recently served for 13 years at Specialized Bicycle Components, where she left her last role as senior director of brand experience for North America. In that role, she reportedly led “experiential retail strategy, field teams and rider engagement initiatives across the U.S. and Canada, helping to strengthen premium product adoption, retail partnerships and customer loyalty.”

At Stan’s, Wilhelm will oversee global sales strategy across direct and distributor channels, with a focus on “aligning sales execution, field support, and go-to-market clarity to support long-term growth” as the company continues to build out its range of bike care products.

“Stan’s has always represented innovation, authenticity and performance at the core of cycling,” said Wilhelm. “I’m excited to join a brand with such deep credibility and to work alongside the team. We look forward to building products that drive premium cycling performance and engage retailers and distributors around the world.”

Company CEO Nick McAdams added, “I’m excited to work alongside Stacey. She has significant knowledge and experience, most notably with Specialized, in being able to engage retailers and connect with our customers in meaningful ways. She will help lead and strengthen Stan’s in our mission to improve the ride.”

Wilhelm began her career at Lee’s Cyclery in Fort Collins, CO. She is based in Colorado.
