Stahls ID Direct has added two new members to its executive team. Joan Byrne has been hired as purchasing manager and Brian A. McLeod is the new general manager.
Byrne joins Stahls ID Direct with 18 years of experience in accounting and purchasing matters. Most recently, she served as the director of purchasing for North America at Plastic Omnium Auto Exteriors. In her new role, Byrne will establish and implement effective department procedures to support corporate wide objectives ensuring that materials, supplies, equipment and services purchased meet the required quality levels and provide maximum value to Stahls ID Direct.
McLeod will be responsible for the overall management of the staff, finances, projects, and initiatives to improve processes for Stahls ID Direct. In addition, he will focus on the new CAD-COLOR line of digital media for heat transfer application.
McLeods career in garment decoration spans more than 20 years. For the past 11 years, McLeod was employed with Roland DGA Group in Irvine, CA where he helped grow the company’s digital sales and color products division. He held several key upper management positions, including VP of corporate marketing prior to rejoining Stahls ID Direct.
