Stahls’ announced the acquisition of Siser, a specialist in heat transfer vinyl (HTV) and related materials. Terms were not disclosed.

Stahls’ and Siser have historically worked together to “support apparel decorators through product innovation and industry education,” the companies said.

Last November, Stahls’ became an official distributor of Siser HTV products.

Stahls commented, “The relationship brings together complementary expertise in materials, decoration technologies, equipment, and application solutions, allowing both companies to continue delivering value to customers across the apparel decoration industry.”

As part of the acquisition, Siser will continue to operate under its stand-alone brand while collaborating with Stahls’ to “advance innovation, strengthen customer support and drive growth across global markets,” the company continued in a media statement.

“This next phase of our relationship with Siser allows us to focus on innovation and helping decorators succeed,” said Carleen Gray, CEO of Stahls’. “Together, we are focused on delivering outstanding products, education, and support while continuing to create new opportunities for our customers and the industry as a whole.”

Stahls’ other brands include Hotronix, Transfer Express, Fulfill Engine, Cad-Cut, Cad-Coloe, DFC, and CadworxLive.
