Spyder Active Sports, the world’s leading skiwear and mountain based apparel brand, announced the opening of a new warehouse center in Aurora, CO.


Jason White, Spyder’s warehouse manager, will oversee inventory management and facilities logistics at the new space. Jim Laginess has been hired to fill the lead staff position,reporting directly to White. Laginess has over six years experience in warehouse and distribution management, most recently working with White at a distribution facility in Louisville, Colo. The new space will manage custom uniform program and corporate sales inventory plus the corporate headquarters’ sales samples.

The new facility will also house an expanded Warranty and Repairs Division with the addition of an in-house sew shop featuring three commercial grade sewing machines. Carmen Archuleta has joined the company as Spyder’s Warranty and Repairs manager. For the first time in brand history, the company is now equipped to handle all in-house repairs on all their lifetime guaranteed outerwear, ensuring a high standard of quality control and quicker turn-around
