Frasers said Wright has over three decades of experience leading digital transformation across the private and public sectors. As chief technology and platform officer at McKinsey & Company, she led the firm’s tech strategy, AI transformation and technology modernisation efforts. She was with Microsoft for over 10 years where she served as chief digital officer. Other experience includes leadership roles at BP, General Electric and HMRC. Wright also has served on multiple corporate and non-profit boards.

On September 2, Frasers reported that David Daly stepped down as Board chairman after eight years. Jon Thompson succeeded him as chair. Frasers also appointed Andy Lyon, formerly at PwC, as a non-executive Board director.
