EXEC: Sports Direct’s UK-Based Parent Adds Brand Responsibility to HR Chief’s Role

UK-based Frasers Group has named Andy Brown as chief people and brand officer. Brown announced the appointment in a LinkedIn post.

Brown has been Frasers Group’s Chief People Officer since August 2024. Previously, he was the group’s HR director from September 2020 to August 2024. He first joined Frasers as head of human resources for London and the Premier Division. Before Frasers, he was head of human resources at Hamptons International.

Frasers’ retail banners include Sports Direct, House of Fraser, The Webster, Game, Jack Wills, Evans Cycles, USC, Gieves & Hawkes, and Sofa.com. Fraser’s brand portfolio includes Everlast, Slazenger, Karrimor, Lonsdale, No Fear, LA Gear, Donnay, and Antigua.
