Sports Attack, a maker of training equipment for various team sports, has been acquired by Seattle, WA-based private equity firm Sound Growth Partners (SGP).
Terms were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Verdi, NV, and founded in 1995, Sports Attack manufactures pitching machines for baseball and softball, serving machines for volleyball and passing/kicking machines for football. The company also offers training machines for soccer, rugby and cricket.
