Sport-Haley, Inc. has cancelled its special shareholders' meeting after receiving a letter from Daniel Zeff notifying the company that he had withdrawn his consent to stand for election as a Director. As the meeting sole purpose was the election of Mr. Zeff, it has thus been cancelled.
