Spanx has tapped into the Nike well of talent, recruiting Megan Keough as its Global VP of Sales, effective last month. Keough spent nearly 26 years at Nike, most recently as senior director, partner, and go-to-market for the company’s Asia Pacific & Latin America region.

“I’m thrilled to share that I’ve joined Spanx as the global vice president of sales,” Keough announced in a recent LinkedIn post. “It’s an honor to join such a talented team and iconic brand in this milestone year as the company celebrates its 25th anniversary!”

Keough began at Nike as a sales representative, visual merchandiser, and regional merchandising manager, then advanced to key sales roles across categories and regions, before landing top roles in managing the Foot Locker business.

“From its start, Spanx has been dedicated to elevating women — innovating products that empower confidence, comfort and style. As I step into this role, I feel deeply aligned with this purpose and energized by the opportunity to grow meaningful partnerships that bring these incredible products to more women around the world,” Keough continued.

“It’s an exciting moment to join a brand with such a powerful legacy and bold vision for the future. I look forward to connecting with many of you in this next chapter and working together to continue building on the impact of Spanx!”
