Skratch Labs has opened a new restaurant and flagship store, Skratch Labs Table, on Alpine Avenue in Boulder, CO.
“Sports nutrition isn’t just about what you tear open mid-ride or mix into your bottle. It’s also about what you serve at the table and who you share it with,” said Founder and Sports Physiologist Dr. Allen Lim. “From our Sport Drink Mix and rice cakes to cookbooks and community meals, real food and real connection have always been part of the formula. With Skratch Labs Table, we’re bringing that to life, so more people can experience what’s fueled Olympians, World Tour teams, and our own community right here in Boulder.”
The eatery and store offer a healthy menu which includes snacks to meals, a coffee bar, and complimentary Skratch Sport Hydration Drink Mix on tap. Expanded food service hours include dinner on Fridays through Sundays, with plans for community events, expert talks, group rides, and runs departing from the store.
“We cook for performance, and we cook with purpose,” said the restaurant’s Executive Chef Aaron Thebault, “Every ingredient, every plate, every interaction is a chance to support someone’s training, recovery or just a better day. Skratch Labs Table lets us do that in the most personal way possible.”
