Skims appointed Erin Magee, a veteran at Supreme, as chief design officer while promoting Kim Schraub to chief brand officer. Both are newly created roles.

Magee (shown right) most recently served as chief creative officer at Supreme, leading creative vision, design, product development and product strategy across the brand’s apparel, accessories and collaborations over more than two decades at the company.  She had been a Supreme for 22  years.

“Erin brings an unparalleled creative vision and a proven ability to build brands that transcend fashion and become cultural touchstones,” Grede said. “Her eye for design, her deep understanding of product and her instinct for what resonates make her exactly the right person to lead Skims into its next era. We’re incredibly excited to welcome her to the team.”

Kardashian added: “I’ve admired Erin’s work for years – the way she approaches design with such a strong point of view while staying completely connected to her audience is something I deeply respect. She understands what it means to build something that truly resonates and I’m so excited to welcome her to Skims.”

“Skims has done something rare, built a brand that is both deeply personal, and universal,” Magee said. “The commitment to design, innovation and solutions for every body is genuinely inspiring, and I’m excited to help shape what comes next. I look forward to working alongside this talented team to push the creative boundaries of the brand and create products that people truly connect with.”

Schraub has been with Skims, co-founded by Kim Kardashian and Jens Grede in 2019, since before the brand launched, having led design and creative vision across product, packaging and campaigns as creative director. In his new role, she oversees how the brand appears across retail, campaigns, collaborations and storytelling, sitting “at the intersection of creative and commercial.”

Schraub, with more than 25 years of experience building fashion and lifestyle brands, began his career at Abercrombie & Fitch, leading design and concept across Abercrombie, Hollister and kids from 1997 to 2002, before joining Victoria’s Secret Pink as EVP of design and concept. From 2012 to 2019, she served as brand director at Yeezy, working on the brand’s Adidas partnership and collaborations tied to Kanye West’s Yeezus and The Life of Pablo, and also led packaging, concepting and campaigns for KKW Beauty and KKW Fragrance before joining Skims in 2019.

“Kim has been with us since before Skims existed. She helped turn an idea into a brand that people genuinely love,” said Kardashian, Skims’ chief creative officer and co-founder, in a statement. “Her creative instincts have helped shape everything about how Skims shows up in the world, and this promotion is a reflection of the enormous impact she has had, and the trust Jens and I have in her vision. I can’t wait to see where she takes us next.”

Grede, Skims’ chief executive officer and co-founder, called Schraub “one of the most talented creatives I’ve had the privilege of working with.”

He added: “She has an extraordinary ability to translate the essence of Skims into something you can see and feel. Elevating her into the Chief Brand Officer role is the natural evolution of the creative leadership she has always provided.”

Skims launched a menswear line in 2023 and, the same year, began a multi-year partnership, naming the brand the official underwear partner of the NBA, the WNBA and USA Basketball. The company sells through Skims.com and permanent stores in cities including New York, Los Angeles, London, Dubai and Mexico City, alongside select retailers globally.
