Following Skechers’ successful launch of its first cricket footwear line in India, it released the line in the UK. In the development phase, Skechers sought insights from elite professional athletes and the cricket community.

The Skechers Cricket Elite style features 11 adjustable metal spikes for traction and stability when executing powerful swings. The style also features signature Skechers technologies, including the Goodyear rubber outsole. The lightweight Ultra Go cushioned midsole and Skechers Move Foam insole elevate comfort, while Skechers Arch Fit technology offers added support. The lightweight and flexible design allows for natural foot movement.
Several elite Indian cricket players compete wearing the footwear line, including Jasprit Bumrah, who earned the Sir Garfield Sobers Award as the 2024 ICC Men’s Cricketer of the Year, as well as Ishan Kishan, Mohammed Siraj and Yastika Bhatia. After a five-wicket haul for India at Lord’s last summer, Bumrah donated his Skechers Cricket shoes to the MCC Museum, where they are displayed. Skechers is also the official kit sponsor of the Mumbai Indians men’s and women’s teams.
