Simple has collaborated with Surfer and artist Tyler Warren, named one of Surfer Magazines 2006 “Hot 100 Longboarders,” for a collection in its Green Toe line. Tylers design will be printed with water-based dyes on organic cotton uppers for the popular Loaf and Toe Foo Green Toe styles.
It is Simples proactive efforts to reduce the ecological footprint left from shoes that drew Tyler to the nice little shoe company from Santa Barbara. The relationship was forged through a shared environmental awareness.
Simple will be promoting this collaboration with a Surf Shop focused retail package including a contest during the month of April 2007 where consumers who purchase a pair of Simple Green Toe shoes will win a surf board customized by Tyler!
