Simms, a manufacturer of waders, outerwear and technical fishing apparel and accessories, has added new talent to its marketing team in Bozeman, Mt.

Matt Millette joins Simms as the company's senior director of brand marketing after a decade with Nike. At Nike Milette was the director, global brand for NIKEiD, Nike's custom product division. His new role at Simms will be to drive all marketing and brand initiatives.

John Frazier will serve as community specialist after a career at Bonnier Media, where he was based in Florida. At Bonnier, Frazier rose through the ranks to become editor of Fly Fishing in Salt Waters.  He will oversee all social media endeavors and be a contributor to the company's digital strategy.

The addition to the marketing team also provides an opportunity for the team to be reorganized for upcoming growth. Rich Hohne will be utilizing his skill-set in the newly minted brand communications manager position responsible for public relations, advertising, and community management.

Julie DonTigny will assist in the evolution of the Simms online experience as Digital Content Specialist.

Diane Bristol, longtime leader of the Simms marketing team, has been promoted to senior director, employee & community engagement. Bristol will oversee all employee relations for Simms.
