Sierra Bullets and Barnes Bullets announced that Madi Woodward has joined the company as E-commerce and Trade Marketing manager.

Woodward, from Central Oregon, brings a strong background in the outdoor and shooting sports industries. She spent nearly five years at Nosler, holding multiple roles across marketing, digital initiatives and trade marketing, most recently serving as marketing manager. Throughout her tenure, she is reported to have “led key brand campaigns, supported product launches, strengthened the company’s e-commerce performance, and played a significant role in building and maintaining dealer relationships from a marketing perspective.

“I’m beyond ecstatic for Madi to be joining the team. Dedicating her time to all things digital is going to be a very powerful move for our brands,” said Sierra Bullets’ and Barnes Bullets’ VP of Marketing and Business Development Andrew Sparks. “Her technical knowledge, broad experience and work ethic are exactly what we were hoping for when we started to consider this role.”

“I’m honored to join Sierra Bullets and Barnes Bullets and contribute to brands with such deep histories of innovation and performance,” said Woodward. “This industry feels like home to me, and I’m eager to put my passion for marketing and shooting to work for these brands. I look forward to bringing my experience to the team and strengthening our connection with both online consumers and dealer partners.”

Woodward holds an MBA from Willamette University’s Atkinson Graduate School of Management.
