Shoe Carnival Inc. has begun construction on eight retail sites throughout Dallas-Fort Worth for its entry into the market next year, according to the Dallas Business Journal.
Shoe Carnival has been in the Texas market for more than a decade in other regions. Six of the Dallas-Fort Worth area stores are scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2012; with one scheduled to open in summer and another scheduled to open in the fall.
