After two years of working together, snow sports outerwear company Sessions LLC announced today its separation from the multi conglomerate company, Samsung Clothing & Textile America, Inc.

“Sessions appreciates the two years of production funding with Samsung.  They came in at a critical time during a global economic meltdown and supported the Sessions brand. Sessions was able to continue production and distribution of their Snow 2010 and 2011 outerwear and we’re thankful.” said Sessions President, Cindi Busenhart

The separation is designed to result in a positive outcomes for both parties. Samsung shares will go back into the LLC of which Cindi Busenhart and Joel Gomez remain majority shareholders.  “Sessions is really looking forward to having better communication with the people that have supported the brand throughout the years!” said Busenhart.

Sessions wants to bring back quality with improved customer service relations for the up and coming seasons. “We feel that customers will appreciate a return to the relationship they had in the past with the Sessions family again.” says Busenhart.  Sessions looks forward to embracing its independence and getting off to a strong start.  Sessions is an iconic brand that knows its roots and history.  The best is yet to come.
