Segabo Names VP and General Manager

Sebago, a division of Wolverine World Wide, said Gary Malamet, the former president of Lacoste Footwear, joined the company as VP and general manager. Malamet, who resigned from Lacoste in July, had been  responsible
for overseeing operations in the U.S. and Canada.

Prior to Lacoste, he served as president of the Stacy Adams brand at the Weyco Group, as well as holding positions at Kenneth Cole, Bally of Switzerland, Bonwit Teller and Lord and Taylor.

“We welcome Gary to the Sebago team and to Wolverine World Wide,” said Bill Brown, president of the Heritage Brands Group, which includes Sebago. “Gary brings extensive experience from both the wholesale and retail sides of the business.”
