Schutt
Sports has reached a multi-year agreement with Babe Ruth League, Inc. to become
the Official Base Supplier to BRL, as well as Cal Ripken Baseball. In addition,
the Schutt Hollywood Kwik Release™ Base will become the Officially Recommended
Base of BRL.

“It is a pleasure and honor to reach this agreement with the premier
amateur baseball and softball program in the world,” says Kip Meyer, Vice
President and General Manager of Schutt Sports. “BRL has over 1 million
players around the world and we're excited to know that they'll be playing the
game they love safely on fields featuring the game's best disengaging
bases.”

The Schutt Hollywood® Kwik-Release™ base was introduced in 2007 and is the
premier disengaging base on the market. The top layer of the base will detach
from the bottom layer if enough force hits it, such as the force from a sliding
runner. Medical research has shown that this type of quick-releasing base
significantly reduces the risk of ankle, foot and leg injuries. The
Kwik-Release base is also the easiest disengaging base to use, installing into
the standard ground anchors already in use on most fields.

“As the Official Base Supplier to Major League Baseball™, we know how to
make the best quality bases in the world,” says Meyer. “What's just
as important to us, however, is making sure that quality is available to
younger players, teams and leagues. We're going to use this partnership with
BRL to do just that.”

Schutt will develop sales programs in conjunction with Babe Ruth League to make
sure that teams and organizations can take advantage of the partnership.

“Babe Ruth League is excited about our new relationship with Schutt
Sports,” says Steven Tellefsen, President/CEO of BRL. “We'll be
offering our membership the opportunity to purchase a quality base package from
the BRL Store at a very reasonable price.”

In addition to the base packages, Schutt Sports will be sponsoring a regional
awards program called the Stolen Base Award, with trophies to be awarded at the
nine BRL World Series. A national trophy will also be awarded, following a season-long
internet contest. In addition, Schutt Sports has developed an entirely new line
of lightweight, ventilated protective gear for BRL umpires. That line will be
available for the 2010 season.

Plus, Schutt Sports and BRL will work together to develop premium fund-raising
programs for their member organizations. Both Meyer and Tellefsen envision
those programs featuring collectible versions of the on-field products: branded
mini-helmets, full-size and mini bases, full-size and mini home plates, key chains
and other products.
