Ryders Eyewear appointed Tom Kabbash as a
Product Design and Innovation Consultant.
Kabbash returns to Ryders Eyewear after
working as the Product Development Manager
for the Thor MX Division of the LeMans
Corporation. He will be based in San Diego,
California.

Kabbash has a wide range of experience with
branding, marketing and product design for a
variety of eyewear and action sport companies
and first partnered with Ryders Eyewear
President Brent Martin in the late 1990's.
After starting his own product and design
consulting firm, Kabbash Design, he assisted
in the launch of the first eyewear collection
for both Prada and Miu Miu, as well as the
development of optical frame collections for
brands Oliver Peoples and Paul Smith.

Kabbash returned to Ryders Eyewear in 2001 as
Category Manager, and was involved in sales,
marketing and product design and production.
Most recently he served as Product
Development Manager for the Thor MX Division
of the LeMans Corporation, focusing on the
development and positioning of products for
Motocross, Off-Road, Street Riding and
Personal Watercraft markets.

“I am excited to continue my association with
a company that I am so passionate about,”
said Kabbash. “Ryders Eyewear has seen
tremendous growth and I look forward to
continuing their momentum in the US market.”

Kabbash is currently working on streamlining
the existing product line, and developing
several new performance and interchangeable
styles to be launched this spring.

“Kabbash will act as a design advisor to the
existing Ryders Eywear team, and will lead
Ryders new product development,” said Ryders
Eyewear President Brent Martin. “His former
work with Ryders, as well as his experience
in the fashion and action sports markets,
will be a tremendous asset for our brand.”
