Ross has awarded the distribution of their complete product line to Tiemco Ltd of Japan.
Ross, manufactured in Montrose CO is appointing their distribution in the Japan market to Tiemco Ltd beginning November 1st 2012.
Tiemco will carry the full product line of fly reels, fly rods, fly fishing outfits and accessories for the 2013 season. The Ross team is proud to welcome the Tiemco team to our family.
Tiemco who is known for their great hooks as well as many other high quality fly fishing products is a distributor for many fly fishing brands including Scientific Anglers, who is the sister company to Ross since the acquisition of Ross by 3M in 2010. The former distributor Maverick, has been a great partner for the Ross brand over 10 years, is in full cooperation with the change.
Ross has a great following in Japan and we are looking forward to strong growth in the near future with Tiemcos' influence in the market. Look for designs and specialty products for the Japan market to be introduced by Ross in the near future.
