Ride Snowboards hired Jim Big Jim Linnberg as its national sales manager. From 2009 to 2013, Linnberg served as a west coast sales rep for Ride Snowboards covering seven territories from California to Alaska.

We are excited to have Jim back at Ride. He knows the brand intimately, and his sales experience, connections, and industry knowledge are a true asset to our team, said Sean Tedore, global brand director at Ride. Jim brings passion, personality, creativity, a big beard, long hair, and an infectious sense of humor to Ride that helps distinguish who we are.

As national sales manager, Linnberg will oversee all domestic sales, including strategy, campaign implementation, and retailer relations. Staying true to Rides brand identity, Linnberg will work closely with sales reps to maximize sales growth in each territory, while promoting fun at the retail level and being apart of the Ride family.

For more than six years, Linnberg has been an unmistakable presence in the snowboard industry with his big beard, sharp wit, and jolly character. He spent the last five years overseeing the sales group that managed Rides sales for northern California, northern Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and Alaska. Most recently, Linnberg was a sales rep for Dragon Eyewear in northern California.

Linnberg was raised in Iowa where he started snowboarding and later moved to Montana to shred bigger mountains. Hes traveled around the globe snowboarding, and chasing the occasional babe. Before his recent move to Seattle, Linnberg spent 10 years living in northern California enjoying the plentiful snowfall Tahoe has to offer.

I am excited to be back at Ride and apart of their extraordinary team, said Linnberg. I think its safe to say that Tedore and I are the most handsome national sales manager and global brand director team in all of snowboarding. If our good looks and charming personalities cant sell snowboards, then I honestly dont know what will.
