TEKO, the maker of performance socks, promoted its current director of sales, Rich Weight, to chief executive officer. He replaces Chip Coe.

Weight has more than 15  years experience in sales and product development in the outdoor and footwear industry. Prior to joining TEKO, Weight spent the past decade helping to grow emerging brands such as Chaco Sandals and Cloudveil.
