Under Armour’s deal to make Major League Baseball uniforms will now start in 2020 instead of 2019, multiple sources confirmed to ESPN.com.

Majestic, which currently makes MLB uniforms and is now owned by Fanatics, will remain as the on-field uniform outfitter in 2019.

The change restores the terms of the original transition announced in December 2016. Under the original plan, Under Armour was set to replace Majestic Athletic as the exclusive MLB provider of all on-field uniform components beginning in the 2020 MLB season.

In May 2017, Baseball Commissioner Rob Manfred announced that the full switch to Under Armour for on-field apparel would take place for the 2019 season. At the time, Manfred also announced fan apparel from Under Armour will be available in 2018 and that Under Armour will be used for dugout clothing during the 2018 postseason.

An Under Armour spokesman told ESPN on Monday, “We have nothing to report at this time.”
