Pamplona Capital Management LLP may make a takeover bid of as much as 200 million pounds ($314 million) for Dr Martens, the Sunday Times reported. Dr Martens, which hired Rothschild to help it find a buyer, may also get bids from Warburg Pincus LLC and Electra Partners LLP, the newspaper said.
