Colorado’s Rep Fitness has officially opened its UK headquarters and flagship retail showroom in the Southwest region of the country, marking the fitness brand’s planned international growth strategy.

The new 40,000-square-foot facility at St. Modwen Park in Gloucester brings together Rep Fitness’ UK head office, a distribution center capable of holding £10 million ($14M) in inventory, and the “country’s largest dedicated strength equipment showroom, spanning 6,200 square feet.”

The opening follows Rep Fitness’ launch of its UK direct-to-consumer operations last year and builds on the brand’s period of global growth. In 2024, REP reported “over $130 million in sales, achieving 30 percent year-on-year growth.”

Founded in 2012 in Colorado by brothers Ryan and Shane McGrotty, Rep Fitness has grown from a garage start-up into a global supplier of strength-training equipment for home and commercial use. The UK site will “support up to 35 office roles, alongside a fulfilment team handling nationwide distribution.”

Rep Fitness’ UK Managing Director, Richard Millbank, said, “Opening our first UK showroom allows customers to experience Rep equipment in a way that simply isn’t possible online. It also gives us a permanent base to build long-term relationships with gyms, fitness centers, athletes, and training communities, while delivering faster fulfilment and UK-based support.”

Rep has also launched a UK Athlete Program and intends to work closely with athletes and fitness ambassadors, while building new partnerships with gyms, clubs, charities, and schools across the UK.
