RefrigiWear, a provider of workwear for subzero environments, appointed Jim Dugan (shown right) as CEO. He replaces Ryan Silberman, who will remain on the company’s board of directors.
RefrigiWear, based in Dahlonega, GA, owns RefrigiWear, its U.S.-based flagship brand, as well as several European brands, including FlexiTog, Fortdress, Cold Tex, Tessuto and Goldfreeze.
Dugan has more than 25 years of senior commercial and executive leadership experience. Most recently, he served as chief revenue officer at Galls, following senior leadership roles with Shoes For Crews and Cintas.

Silberman has been with RefrigiWear for nearly 18 years, including CEO since 2022. As a board member, Silberman “will remain closely connected to the business, helping guide the company’s long-term direction and ensuring continuity as Dugan assumes leadership.”
