Quiksilver, Inc. said that CFO Joseph Scirocco's last day on the job will be April 30. The company announced Jan. 5 that Scirocco had entered into a transitional employment agreement in connection with his contemplated separation from the company.
Quiksilver notified him March 30, that his Separation Date would be April 30, 2012. Scirocco will continue to serve as the company's CFO until such date. Quiksilver has not yet named his successor.
