PrimaLoft, Inc., the maker of insulations and fabrics, announced multiple personnel changes implemented to provide support necessary for the continuous growth of the brand on an international level.
To drive expansion strategies throughout the significant markets of Europe and Asia:
- Jochen Lagemann, formerly managing director Europe, will now serve as managing director Europe and Asia. He will continue to supervise the PrimaLoft European headquarters located in Germany.
- Eileen Berner, based in the corporate headquarters located in Latham, New York, will now manage the development of the PrimaLoft brand in North and South America as sales director Americas.
- Chris Humphris, formally sales and marketing territory manager Northern Europe and UK, will take on the role of sales manager Europe to support Lagemann and lead the European sales team to ensure the PrimaLoft brand’s values and industry leadership are successfully communicated throughout the region.
In addition to personnel changes of current PrimaLoft employees, the company has invested in additional talent in an effort to solidify its commitment to the Scandinavian region and to the growing market of Asia. Mats Jengard, an outdoor industry veteran, was hired to serve as territory sales manager Scandinavia. In this role, Jengard is responsible for growing the PrimaLoft brand within Denmark, Norway, Finland, Iceland and Sweden through sales, marketing and supply chain management.
“Over the last few years, the PrimaLoft brand has grown extensively, both at home in North America and abroad. It is imperative we invest in the necessary staffing support now so we can take our brand to the next level for the future,” said Mike Joyce, president and chief executive officer of PrimaLoft. “We welcome the latest members of our growing PrimaLoft team and congratulate those who are taking on new responsibility.”
