PrimaLoft, Inc. appointed Sue Rechner, president and CEO of Confluence Watersports, to its board of directors, effective immediately. Rechner additionally serves on the board of directors for the Outdoor Industry Association and the Outdoor Foundation.

Rechner has many years of proven leadership in the outdoor industry and the luxury goods market. With an earned reputation as a strategist and brand-builder she has further earned the esteem of colleagues as a long-range, performance-driven CEO and passionate advocate for the outdoor industry. She currently serves as the president and CEO of Confluence Watersports, and is a board member for the Outdoor Industry Association, Outdoor Foundation, and Montana Silversmiths.  Rechner has also served on the executive teams for: Victorinox Swiss Army, Movado Group, Seiko Corporation of America and Citizen Watch Company.
