Jeff Brusati, president of T&B Sports, has been elected to a three-year term on the NSGA Board of Directors, filling a vacancy created by the retirement of director John McArthur, former president of Johnny Mac’s Sporting Goods. T&B has been an NSGA member since 1971.

“We are fortunate to have an experienced retailer and team dealer like Jeff on the Board of Directors,” said NSGA Chairman of the Board Bob Dickman, general manager of the Sport Supply Group Team Dealer Division. “Jeff has been active in the sporting goods industry for 30 years and brings great perspective to the Board.”

Brusati took over the operation of T&B Sports when he was 21, following the untimely death of his father and company founder Romolo Brusati in 1978.  As president, Jeff has overseen the growth of T&B from a single store with five employees to a two-location operation with 40 full-time employees.

Jeff manages T&B with his brother Mike, his eldest son Anthony, Mel Arnerich, and a sales and production staff.

Jeff is involved in all aspects of T&B’s business, from retail and team sales to day-to-day business operations.  Last spring, Jeff oversaw the relocation of T&B’s Santa Rosa store to a 22,000 square foot facility, which not only provides retail space and team sales showrooms, but also accommodates T&B’s screenprinting department and warehousing needs.

Jeff is active in the Marin County community, participating in local fundraising events and volunteering as a coach with various youth sports organizations. For the past 22 years, Jeff has served on the board of directors of the Marin Athletic Foundation, an organization that has raised more than $1 million for Marin County high school interscholastic and intramural sports programs.
