Portland Outdoors announced that they are acquiring Top Secret Deer Scents.
Don Bell, owner of Top Secret Deer Scents will remain with Portland Outdoors spearheading marketing and product development.
“The acquisition of Top Secret is part of a bigger picture for our company to expand into the outdoor arena,” said Steve Burklow, Portland Outdoors president. “Don Bell is an undeniable master at creating deer scents that work and we are excited to continue having Don as a key team member developing new products. We plan on announcing additional outdoor brands later this year for launch in 2015 and beyond.”
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
“I am thrilled Top Secret is advancing with a company who can take and expand its reach in the outdoor industry,” said Bell. “We will continue revitalizing the scent market and offering consumers the best product choices on the shelves.”
Top Secret's patent pending process of “Oxygen Free from Collection to Bottle” makes it the only scent in the industry to be oxygen free.
