Polarmax has promoted Doris Hinson to HR manager, in addition to making Michelle Conley its new assistant marketing manager.
“Doris has been with Longworth Industries, Polarmax's parent company for 3 ½ years as a Customer Service Representative after working for the school system in administration, specifically benefits. In her time here, her interpersonal skills and work ethic have really shone,” said Randy Black, President of Polarmax. “This, together with her ability to focus on the end goal make her an outstanding candidate for HR success.”
“Michelle has been on an upward trajectory, having been with our company for approx. 6 months, and in that time serving as a Sales Manager Assistant and as Assistant to the President / CEO. Her clear vision for the company and strategic perspective will allow our marketing program better mobility to reach out to new audiences, as well as maintaining our relationship with our current customers,” continued Black.
Polarmax many of its employees have been with the company for 10 years or more, and noted that it remains one of the largest employers in Moore County, NC.
