Point6, the manufacturer of merino wool socks, hired Paige Boucher, who will now handle the company’s public relations
through the newly established PR and marketing firm, Inside Out. Her 23-year career includes experience as PR director, marketing director, product
development and founding member of Mountain Hardwear.

“I am thrilled to be part of the Point6 team. I love the entrepreneurial spirit, the grass roots mountain attitude and the straight forward technology they use to make a more durable, more comfortable sock,” said Boucher. “It’s a great story to tell!”

Another addition to the Point6 tribe is Katie Hughes, who will fill the new position of tribe drummer, better known as marketing coordinator. Hughes’s background in social media in the real estate industry and her involvement with the local sustainability council align well with Point6’s new marketing initiative to expand digital outreach and with their dedication to growing a sustainable and environmentally conscientious company.

She will be the primary storyteller for the company, coordinating web marketing, trade show logistics and printed collateral. Hughes is excited to be part of a fast growing, outdoor company. A Colorado native, skier and competitive runner, Hughes was first introduced to Point6 when she received a pair of running socks for Christmas in 2009.

“I couldnt believe how well they fit. There was no movement between sock and skin, so no rubbing and no blisters,” she exclaimed.

“Weve reached the point where we need to offer more to our retailer
and consumer customers. Our retailer base has grown exponentially,”
reports Betsy Seabert, international sales and marketing director and head shepherdess for Point6. “We are planning several events,
revamping our website and expanding into social media realms. We simply
need more hands on deck to make that happen.”

“We are very excited to be taking our marketing to the next level as our brand continues to gain momentum at retail,” stated Peter Duke, president and co-founder of Point6.
