Andrew Sibble joins Industry Leading Outdoor Company, Positions Premium brands for continued growth.

Plano Synergy, a manufacturer of multiple hunting and fishing product categories, announces the hiring of Andrew Sibble as a key addition to the company’s sales team.  

Working under Plano Synergy Vice President of Sales, Jesse Simpkins, Sibble will focus on growing the company’s established heritage brands of Plano, Frabill and Tenzing, along with Synergy’s Ameristep, Barnett, Evolved, Flextone, Halo, and Wildgame Innovation hunting brands.

“I couldn’t be more enthusiastic about this opportunity,” says Sibble, who comes to Plano Synergy with seven years of experience in the outdoors industry as a top-performing buyer for Dick’s Sporting Goods.  “I’m truly blessed to be part of a great team with a tremendous future.  Very few companies have made strides in the industry as Plano Synergy has. And there is still a lot of runway!  I’m looking forward to it.”

In addition to his previous employment experience with Dick’s Sporting Goods, Sibble brings experience as brand manager with Hard Core Brands International, a distributor of hard and soft waterfowl hunting and dog training goods, and Bone Collector.
